Allied Restoration & Caulking is seeking multi-skilled laborers, tradesmen, and painters for full-time employment. These employees will work with small teams under professional supervision, creating an environment where learning new skills is inevitable. The variety of fields our business touches includes: masonry, concrete repair, caulking, painting, carpentry, formwork, and many others. Experience in any of these fields qualifies you initially but this is an opportunity to build on your talent and develop your appeal as an employee. Hourly rate: $10-$18 based on experience / performance

Allied Restoration & Caulking is looking for a proven leader with the desire to grow with a company that is expanding rapidly. This candidate will need to be able to lead a crew and manage a worksite. The role of leadership and organizational skills will be critical to effectively keep job costing within goals. The ability to motivate others, problem solve, and be conscientious is a must. Experience in masonry, concrete, carpentry & caulking is optimal for success in this position. Hourly rate: $20 and up based on experience / performance / leadership
