Highland Square:

Innovation and sometimes even invention…..WHATEVER IT TAKES! Allied designed specialized clamps that were exclusive to the Highland Square project. This innovative approach made our time more productive and the finished product more thorough by eliminating the need for fasteners and tap cons. These more conventional systems leave holes in the surface that often go undetected and eventually allow water into the newly repaired areas causing the infiltration to begin all over again. Allied completed 756 square feet of patching in the absolute most effective way, and in the least amount of time. Through many interviews with various repair mortar manufacturers we were able to choose the best product to complete the job: We determined Sika 1000 to be the correct choice. Innovation, Research, and a speedy yet thorough job = another satisfied Allied Customer!
Above Allied's men work diligently while repairing the Highland Square balconies.
Above Allied's men hang from a swing stage while making repairs to the balconies at Highland Square. Concrete forms were placed at the needed repair area where the repair mortar was then poured and allowed to cure. Once the concrete has cured the forms are then removed, and the repair area is cleaned. The Highland Square balconies once again look new on this beautiful nine story building.
