ABOVE: Blake Ruffing is doing some overhead patching to the Akron Children's Hospital parking deck. The scope of work involved : Demoing of the spalding areas, all edges were squared and material removed making all patches 1/2 inch or thicker. An epoxy bonding agent was then applied to adhere the new patching material to the existing substare.
